I enjoyed my really nice stay for one night. A great selection of food for breakfast; outstanding to satisfy everyone. - the hotel location is particularly good, being near the restaurant and bar, other chain outlets, and Bristol.

The breakfast here was decent, there was a hard-boiled egg, sausage, and your choice of coffee or tea – a little something for everyone. the location is also a big bonus as it's near the beautiful Cotswolds 🌳.

We enjoyed this place, it's pleasant and relaxing. Please let the efficient and courteous staff know of our gratefulness for a fairly nice stay. The location is handy, 3 km from Iron Age Hill Fort. The English bar is superb.

Good location and room. Food choice was excellent and meal was perfect. Nice to have a proper slice of plate pie and not a beef stew with a fluffy ball on top! Very attractive staff!

Service was a little haphazard in the bar, but no real problem, perhaps some staff were new to the job. Usual problem of noisy guests later and earplugs being required. It would be a good idea if they performed a "patrol" after 11pm and told these inconsiderate individuals to belt up. This applies to all hotels, not just this one

The Cross Hands Hotel is an attractive low-cost property with affable staff. the hotel is situated in a stunning location near the Cotswolds. - Conveniently located near other outlets in the chain and a restaurant.

The restaurant onsite offers very tasty food and a good breakfast including waffles.

I stayed in a single room, I pointed out to the manager that paint was peeling of a radiator, and that in the bathroom there was some black mildew present in the window frame. The manager said that he would fix these issues. I was looking with a critical eye but for 1 night in a single room it was broadly speaking satisfactory.
